Helping Adults Find Connection

Experience real change by growing your faith and honoring God and His Word.

Everybody Needs Community

Grow groups are casual gatherings of people meeting on Sunday mornings and during the week. Be a part of experiencing real life change by growing your faith and honoring God and His Word as we build intentional relationships that inspire us to share authentic experiences.

With groups launching throughout the year, we are sure the right group for you is just one click away. If you have any questions, feel free to contact a group leader or Pastor Shannon.

What Are Grow Groups?

Adult Sunday school classes meet weekly, representing all ages and life stages. Groups meet during the 9:30 am or 11 am worship services. All groups are open to visitors. Please explore the list below for more details.

Bible Study is enriching, informational, transformational, faith deepening and offers time to develop deep lasting friendships as you study, reflect and pray together as a group. Most short term studies last 6-12 weeks and longer term studies are 24-36 weeks.
We have new classes starting every Fall and Spring semesters. Be sure to keep an eye out for when registration is open.
If you are looking for a starting point for Bible Study, we recommend the following:
Disciple 1 Fast Track provides a foundational overview of the Bible. Beginning with Genesis and continuing through Revelation, group members will read approximately 80% of the Bible in this 24 week study.
Five Marks of a Methodist is a concise and compelling study that helps readers learn and remember the five identifiers of a Methodist’s character that John Wesley set forth in 1742 and launched a new movement. This study may be offered as a 6 week class or a one day workshop.
Listen We live in a world of noise. Everywhere we go, we hear sounds that compete for our minds and hearts. Listening to God requires a deliberate choice to shut out the chaos around us and focus our thoughts. This workshop on prayer will focus on a daily prayer pattern that includes an invitation, silence, Bible reading, a story, guided time for reflecting and listening, and practical help for developing six specific prayer practices.

“Long-term Bible study is transformative for me. Providing structure and a clear purpose, it keeps me in the Word daily. It also puts me in relationship with fellow Christ-followers who I probably would not have gotten to know otherwise. We become community – family – studying together.”

 -Angie Faulise

“Attending Sunday school and small group Bible studies has taught me daily discipline to study God’s word. Studying God’s Word allows me to grow in my faith and to disciple my adult children, grandchild, friends, co-workers, and others I come in contact with. It has taught me to give more of my time in helping others. Fellowship and friendships with other believers is an added benefit that allows me to grow spiritually and be a part of God’s Kingdom. In addition, I have learned to respect the Sabbath as a holy day to worship and to renew my spirit.”

 -Dale King

We believe the best way to put Jesus first is to live a life alongside a few other people who are also dedicated to putting Jesus first.
