Our goal is to create worship environments that are comfortable and inviting, and we pray that God uses our service to touch lives through sight and sound. LIGHTS The Lighting Team operates the equipment used to light both the stage and the auditorium on Sundays. They focus on illuminating properly, creating atmosphere, and focusing attention. Helpful Skills: a sense of timing, the ability to maintain focus while waiting for the next action Training Requirements: Low CAMERAS The Camera Team operates the equipment to display live video in the worship center and through our online streaming ministry. They focus on enhancing and delivering the worship and the message, creating visual appeal, focusing attention, and supporting the worship leaders. Helpful Skills: manual dexterity and strength to handle medium weight equipment, an eye for a properly composed shot Training Requirements: Medium GRAPHICS The Computer Graphics Team operates the equipment that displays images, video, and text, facilitating the congregation's participation and supporting the spoken message. Helpful Skills: ability to focus and actively listen during periods of high activity, a sense of timing Training Requirements: Medium DIRECTION Directors oversee lights, cameras, and graphics to give clarity to the team's actions and to weave all of their outputs together to enhance the congregation's experience. Helpful Skills: ability to multitask, ability to listen, observe, and give direction simultaneously Training Requirements: High (Experience at lights, graphics, and camera is required). AUDIO The Audio Team is responsible for the set-up, monitoring, and adjustment of all audio equipment. Their role is to support musicians and speakers as they lead and communicate from the platform. They focus on facilitating worship and communication, focusing attention, and removing distractions.
