Student Ministry Parent Talk: Mental Health

Our presenter is Dr. Chinwé Williams, Ph.D., a highly experienced mental health professional who specializes in interpersonal trauma resolution, anxiety, depression, youth and women’s wellness. Dr. Williams is a Board Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her 19 years of professional experience includes work in public school systems, psychiatric hospitals, and university and corporate work settings. Dr. Williams has served as a Professional School Counselor, University Professor, and Executive Coach and is a published journal author. A passionate proponent of mental wellness, Dr. Williams is a noted national and international conference speaker who often appears on blogs and podcasts related to mental wellness, anxiety, and self-care. She has been a featured expert in numerous publications and media programs including USA Today.com, CNET, Healthy.com, Hello Giggles, Lifezette.com, Influnsr, and Parent Cue where she covers work/life/faith integration, anxiety, relationships, self-care, and wellness.Dr. Williams oversees a thriving private practice in Roswell, Georgia and enjoys membership in the Licensed Professional Counselors Association (LPCA) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). Dr. Williams resides in Cumming, Ga with her husband, two (4) and (8) young boys, and teenage (15) daughter.
