Why We Need Each Other: The Power of Christian Fellowship

The Christian life was never meant to be a solo journey. From the very beginning, believers came together – in homes, at the temple, over meals, and through prayer. Acts 2:42 says, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Fellowship wasn’t just something they did – it was at the heart of who they were.

And it still is today.

In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, Christian community reminds us that we belong. We’re not alone on this walk of faith. Through connection, conversation, and shared experiences, we’re encouraged, inspired, and uplifted. We laugh together, pray together, ask questions, and grow side by side. And sometimes, just knowing someone sees you and cares – that’s powerful.

That’s why we’re so excited to invite YOU to Summer Nights—two special evenings created to bring people together and remind us that church is more than a building—it’s a family.

🌟 June 13 – Movie Night
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy a fun, family-friendly movie under the stars. Popcorn, connection, and plenty of smiles included!

🙏 July 25 – Night of Worship
Join us for a meaningful evening of worship and prayer as we lift up the upcoming school year—covering students, teachers, and school staff in prayer. Come ready to praise, connect, and be encouraged.

These events are hosted by our Adult and Student Ministries, but they’re open to everyone—individuals, couples, families, longtime members, and first-time guests. There’s a place for you here.

Both events are family-friendly and community-focused. No matter your age or stage, you’re invited to come just as you are. Let’s take this summer to connect, grow, and seek God together.
Mark your calendars, bring a friend, and come be part of Summer Nights.
We can’t wait to welcome you!
