We invite you to join us as we begin the season of Lent by observing Ash Wednesday on February 18.
This year, we are offering two distinct opportunities to participate, each designed to meet you where you are in your day.
Midday Prayer & Reflection | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | CWC
During the day, we will host a quiet, come-and-go space for prayer and personal reflection. This self-guided experience is designed for those who may need flexibility in their schedule or prefer a more private, unhurried moment with God. You are welcome to stop in at any point during the two-hour window to receive ashes, pray, and reflect at your own pace.
Evening Worship Service | 6:30 PM | CWC
In the evening, we will gather for a traditional Ash Wednesday service. This communal service will include Scripture, prayer, music, a brief message, and the imposition of ashes. It is a time to come together as a church family, marking the beginning of Lent through shared worship and intentional reflection.
Both gatherings offer the opportunity to receive ashes and to enter into this sacred season with humility and hope.
Whether you are able to pause during the day or join us in worship at night, we invite you to take this step with us, setting aside time to reflect, pray, and prepare your heart for the journey of Lent.
