Grief Support

Contact Us

GriefShare is a support group led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we have been in the same place. We will walk with you on the path through grief toward healing and hope for the future. We meet weekly on Sunday afternoons, 3:30PM and you can begin at any point. You’ll find it to be a warm, caring environment. Please contact Helen Ragsdale to register: ragplace@bellsouth.net or (404) 580-6034.

A Widow's Journey is a small group support designed specifically for widows. Do you dread the lonely days and nights? Wonder what to do with your spouse’s belongings? Feel like your brain is in a fog? Help is here and hope is possible. We will support you in practical, emotional and spiritual ways. You will form new friendships with other widows who are experiencing some of the same things you are experiencing. Please contact Lynn Burgess: (770) 712-8162 or llburg@bellsouth.net

Garden of celebration

Contact Us

Come enjoy our Garden of Celebration At the end of the sidewalk in our south parking lot you will discover a beautiful garden among the trees and flowers. Dedicated in 2006 and constructed in 2012, this sacred space helps us remember and honor those who have come before us. Granite brick markers in the patio area indicate individuals whose ashes have been received into the Garden, as well as memory bricks that honor loved ones.

For Information about how to place ashes in the Garden, or purchase a marker in memory of a loved one, please contact the church office or click the Contact Us button above.

Support There are several ways you can support the Garden. Monetary gifts are welcome. We would also love to have you volunteer with us. Click the Contact US button to get more information.
