Giving Children the Opportunities to GROW...The Weekday School at PTCUMC was established to provide opportunities to meet the developmental and educational needs of children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old with a Christian orientation. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment in which children can develop a sense of awareness of the world around them at their own pace; spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and socially within an atmosphere of Christian love. We uphold the philosophy that a child learns through play. All of our classrooms are staffed with at least 2 Christian teachers who receive yearly educational classroom training and are also certified in CPR and first aid.

Our classes for 3’s and 4’s offers various levels of art, hand on learning time, circle time, outdoor play, Bible time, music class, and physical education. Children in our 4's classes also receive an introduction to Spanish. Please note: Children must be potty trained to enter our 3’s classes. Classes are 9am-1pm.

Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten was created to teach children the academic skills needed to move to first grade. We emphasize reading, writing and math skills each day. Kindergarten students also experience Science, Social Studies, Bible, Music, Physical Education, and Spanish.
You are invited to join us for a special celebration of PTCUMC's Weekday School 40th Anniversary! We'll be honoring this incredible milestone on Sunday, April 27 during both the 9:30 and 11:00 hours with a time of reflection, gratitude, and joyful memories.
