“For the Heroes”

You’re Invited: “For the Heroes” Concert by the Peachtree Wind Ensemble
Sunday, June 29 • 3:00 PM • Peachtree City United Methodist Church (PTCUMC)

Join us for an uplifting afternoon of music as we welcome the Peachtree Wind Ensemble for a special patriotic concert, For the Heroes, on Sunday, June 29 at 3:00 PM at Peachtree City United Methodist Church (PTCUMC).

The Peachtree Wind Ensemble is a treasured 75-member community band featuring talented woodwind, brass, and percussion players from across our area. For more than 25 years, they have inspired and entertained audiences with their spirited performances—and we are proud to now call them part of our church family here at PTCUMC.

Their concerts often feature special guests, and this program is no exception. The Ensemble will be joined by the Southern Crescent Concert Ringers, a brand-new community handbell choir making their debut at this very concert! The Concert Ringers are led by PTCUMC member Jeanne Blood, a recognized leader among handbell musicians throughout our region.

For the Heroes is a stirring musical tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and service of the many heroes in our lives. Expect familiar patriotic favorites that will fill the sanctuary with pride and gratitude.

Admission is free and open to all—so bring your family, invite your neighbors, and come early to get a good seat!

We are pleased to be in partnership with these outstanding ensembles as we offer this gift of free, high-quality entertainment to our neighbors and community. Let’s come together for an afternoon of celebration and great music. We hope to see you there!
