Joy! Joy! Joy! That is how the Psalms, God's book of emotions, ends. The last 5 psalms are pure joy and praising God launching the reader into eternal bliss. So perhaps that's how a Christian is to leave worship and reenter the world ready to start a new week in a new month in a new year no matter what it feels like!
