In one of the most moving scenes in the life of Christ, we are both inspired and deeply challenged by his example. In great pain and distraught, he prays, and what he prays is the stuff of true devotion, true commitment, and true sacrifice. It's why we love him and why we need him. His fortitude unveils our shallowness.
